you begin?
How much notice does KTS need?
We do not accept same-day event inquiries or events less than 24 hours away. Requests 24–48 hours away carry an additional $50–$100 rush fee and require team approval. The exact fee is confirmed before booking. More notice gives us time for your consultation, design, and setup planning.
Can you help with celebrations before the big day?
Yes! We welcome bridal showers, bachelorette parties, and bachelor parties. We are not currently accepting ceremony or reception bookings.
Can I book just one KTS business?
Absolutely. Each studio can be booked individually. If another KTS specialty could enhance your vision, we will let you know—but the choice is always yours.
What is the Complete KTS Experience?
Our collaborative event-design and styling service brings your vision to life through one KTS team. Services are tailored to your event, from concept and sourcing through setup and styling. It is not a bundle of studio bookings.
What if I am not sure which service I need?
Select “Help me choose” in the inquiry builder. Tell us what you are planning and we will guide you toward the best fit.
Is submitting an inquiry the same as booking?
No. Submitting an inquiry holds the requested date while your inquiry is active. Booking is confirmed only after KTS approval, the required agreement, and payment.
How is pricing determined?
Investment depends on your services, customization, scope, materials, location, and timeline. You will receive clear details before committing.
