Package pricing begins with a three-hour room-access window. Travel, parking, hotel access fees, specialty products, custom add-ons, holidays, and complex installations may increase the final investment. Alcohol is available only when legally permitted and the recipient is 21 or older; a nonalcoholic substitute is available.

Romantic Anniversary Room Transformation
Before you reserve your date
The Royal Realm
booking policy.
These highlights make the experience clear from the first inquiry through material retrieval. The signed agreement provides the complete terms for each booking.
Room reservation
Clients are responsible for booking and paying for their hotel, Airbnb, or other location. Royal Realm does not reserve the room. Please arrange at least three hours of room access before the desired reveal time.
Booking timeline
Please book at least seven days in advance. Requests submitted within five days of the setup date require full payment and may include a $100 late-booking fee.
Payment terms
A signed agreement and 50% nonrefundable retainer reserve the date. The remaining balance is due seven days before setup. Last-minute bookings must be paid in full. Accepted payment instructions will appear on the invoice.
Cancellations & credits
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours may qualify for a refund unless they are last-minute bookings. After 24 hours, the retainer is nonrefundable and eligible amounts are issued as a credit according to the signed agreement.
Rescheduling
A booking may be rescheduled once. The new date must be selected within 30 days of cancellation and remains subject to availability. After 30 days, a new booking and retainer are required.
Arrival & room access
The room must be available at the confirmed access time. A wait exceeding 15 minutes may result in a late-access fee or cancellation without refund if the setup can no longer be completed safely and on time.
Royal Realm materials
Reusable materials will be retrieved at the agreed time before the room reservation ends. The client is responsible for loss, misuse, or damage to Royal Realm property and may be charged the repair or replacement cost.
Setup conditions
The client must obtain any required venue permission and provide a clean, safe room for installation. Package elements may be adjusted when hotel rules, room conditions, product availability, or safety require an equivalent substitution.
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only after the agreement and required payment are received.
